I have a $500 credit limit, I owed almost the $500. I had $10 left availabe. I made a payment of $200. They recieved it and its still sayin I only have $10 avalible. WHY????????

they sometimes take a day or so to credit the available credit on the card even though they count the payment as being made. Although it says 10 dollars, you would be able to use the card to the limit that you made the payment. If there was a problem after this, you would just have to call customer service..

I have a credit card that applies a received payment immediately but they don't make the funds available for a certain amount of days(10-14 days) so that the payment, usually by check or online, has time to clear. It's probably the same thing here. If you call and speak w/an associate I'm sure that's what they'll tell you.

It takes up to 5 days for your payments to take effect, yes even with an immediate electronic debit and you can see the money gone from one end but it takes up to 5 days to credit up, I hate it too but it's the way it is.
