The expiration date on all products; Is not really an expiration date at all it is the last date that it can be sold in the stores. The colder milk is kept the longer it will last I have had milk that went 21 days over the date on the carton and still be good. Oh and just to let you know soured milk won't hurt you either my grand mother used to set milk out to sour to use making breads. It makes good bread and biscuits but I wouldn't drink it just because I didn't like the taste. But I do like sour cream. Put 2 and 2 together if sour cream won't hurt you neither will sour milk.

Food products don't automatically go bad just because the expiration date has come and gone. That is put on to give purchasers a guideline as to how much time they have to use the product--and to protect the seller. If your food or milk still tastes OK then there is no reason why you shouldn't use it. Use your common sense when making decisions as to what to eat.

Dairy products are good up to one week after the date listed on the container if they have been kept cold. My dad used to deliver dairy products so this is true fact.

you have at least a week maybe more before it really goes bad. If there is no smell you will get no other problems
