you didnt give enough info, brand or model # ,single or dual voice coil,2 ohm or 4 ohm?
so i'm gonna give you a basic answer. if they are both 4 ohm subs and are rated at 700 watts rms then get a 2 channel amp that is 700 watts rms x 2 at 4 ohms.go to onlinecarstereo.com to find the amp,they have reviews and give good details and specs.

either a 1200 watt amp or 1500 amp will definitely do the job
