i have been without medical insurance for quite a while and have 'collected' a lot of things that i want to talk about next week when i go to my new doctor. i can honestly think of about 9-10 things that i feel need immediate attention. is it fair to make a list and drop them all on him at one time? or, will doing so just make him think i'm a neurotic pain in his behind?

By all means you should tell your doctor everything that is going on with you. He needs to hear it to determine what is going on with you.

Well, if the problems have been going on a while, it's better to just unload all of them the first visit, in my opinion. It's all going to be addressed anyway, and better to just get it over with. It may save some time and money in the long run, by not having to go back repeatedly for problems you knew you had in the first place.
