I diet, excersise, and drink lots of water. But I have cellulite. I got it after I had my daughter and I want it gone. Any creams that actually work? I can't afford to go and get machine things on me.

what I have found really works is initiating an acute contact dermatitis, and working up a good sized rash a few times, just until it starts bleeding, and then letting it heal before repeating, 2-5 times. I feel that this triggers a re-formation of the tissue at the surface by inciting chemical over activity that breaks down the cellulite in the process of attacking the foreign object that is causing the acute abrasive contact dermatitis

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Well..your pretty much stuck with it. however you can try to drink green tea. it is said to increase your metabolism & help increase fat oxidation (use fat instead of protein for energy). Also try to cut down on large meals and try to eat small amounts more often. IE instead of 3 full meals break it down to 5 small meals. of course excirse helps. bes thing is to speak with a nutritionalist. all those quick medicines or creams don't work in the long run. and those quick diets don't help much just be good to your body.

Nothing actually works. There is one thing that might help. A tan. It helps hide cellulite. You don't have to have a real tan though.

No the cremes do not work.

look up pilates on the internet.

It teaches you how to isolate and control your muscles when doing specific moves. you don't need any costly machines to tone up
