Pantene Pro has a variety of shampoo products and there is mostly likely a type that can help your thin and dry hair. As for the grayness, dying it would be the most typical solution. Salons can do this but the cost is usually very expensive. But there are a lot of inexpensive self-dying hair products in stores everywhere.

Your hair doesn't sound very healthy. I would reccomend a trip to a stylist or a hair dresser--they can tell just by looking what you might need!

In the meantime, try some leave-in conditioner; it makes your hair feel healthier and less dry.
