Buy what? Wine? You'd want to look at their wine cellar and be sure that they have stored it correctly. Then, you'd want to compare the labels to known confirmed labels to ensure that they aren't fakes. Once the wine has been confirmed as being stored correctly post bottling and that it's authentic, look at http://www.wine-searcher.com to find the price of other bottles.
