Just like you would any other female. Given of course, she is not underage!!! I don't want to call you a perv... but, well, you know. Anyway, don't come off too strong cause that will freak her out!!! FIRST, be sure she is showing some kind of interest in YOU first... THEN approach her and if she's a stranger... say: I noticed you from across the room... you look even more amazing close up... but DON'T over do the praise just keep it to two praises and then strike up chit chat or try to find common interests. Then if you both are clicking ask if she'd like to hang out some other time in a less crowded situation... lunch or brunch is a good start. Dinner is too obvious and desperate. If you know the person, then the praise need not apply. I mean, you can say nice things if you feel them, duh. But don't pull of cheesy lines; if she knows you, then all you need to do here is say... I really enjoy when we hang out/ I really like when you are around... again, avoid the dinner thing AT FIRST. Go for the 1st two meals or to an all ages venue. Example, zoo for snacks or lunch, park for brunch, museum before drinks... etc. Mix up something adult like I did the drinks, with something neutral like I did the museum... that way you don't seem desperate or creepy... PLUS, your surroundings are sure to strike up enough conversations to avoid akward pauses and you can learn alot about each other. GOOD LUCK!!! My husband is 6 years older. I pursued him cause he didn't act like other older guys his age: PERVOS. He was nice, polite, respectful and to the point!!! Hope all goes well for you!!! Oh, and if a girls "looks" too young, avoid at all costs!!! She probably is and you can get in super trouble. Again, good luck!!!
