I juust gave a neighbor some liturayure on how to stop drinking. V.A. stuff.
Then he came over to talk about it, he did have a 24oz. He seemed really cool, ok. you know.
then he dumped his beer! Long story short he trashed my end table and everything on it.
Anyway we both agreed to call the fire dept. to get some help. the fire dept. showed up, wouldnt help him at all! They "Fire Dept" asked if he needed to pee, yes he said.. we wont help help with that so he pissed all over my carpet.
so he crawled out of my apt. and while doing so got a bloody nose, falling onto his face while crawling. What do you guys think?

And you called the fire department, why?

If you chose to associate or help people in this manner, then you cannot be surprised of crazy outcomes. If you really want to help them, then do so by refusing them admittance when they are in this condition, or, allow them upon the remittance of their drink. Offer them a place to nap, perhaps some WATER. Entertaining them while they do what is bad for them doesn't help them.

After reading about your curious little episode, I did not see any mention of an actual fire for the fire department to extinguish.

Had you or your friend caught fire from the spilled beer (may have been smoking a cigarette) then I am sure fire dept. would have at least offered him/you a few drops of water, but then again, if he urinated on himself, that would be a waste of water as he would have extinguished himself and if really friendly, had enough left over to help you out as well.

Right?

This is indeed a bit of a messy self-inflicted situation for both of you, perhaps you ought to contact the Pepsi corporation, this would be a terrific ad for their alcohol-free products.

Aloha from Down Unda!

You wasted the Fire Department's time to come up with a Yahoo!Answers question?

Shame on you! That's NOT etiquettely correct! It's misappropriation of a fire truck! Be glad I wasn't there or you'ld be incarcerated.

Have another case, oldtimer!

Best wishes ~

You should have called the police. This was a call for the police to handle. Getting drunk and trashing someone's furniture is on the "law" side of 911.

Is there a question?

Do you need to study the literature yourself?
