Nature has a way of taking care of problems such as the kitten she aborted. If that kitten had made it to term she would have kicked it out and let it die. Natural selection is at play here. If the other kittens are in any way deformed like that one, yes she may lose more, if they are healthy, she should carry them to term. You do however need to get her to a vet tomorrow and have them check her over to be sure she is okay and the babies as well. Not to get more graphic, but I would place that dead kitten in a ziplock and put it in the freezer till you go to the vet and show them the kitten, so they see the problem first hand, and they will be able to dispose of the body properly for you. They may want to do an unltasound or xray to be sure the other kittens are still viable. You need to make sure that their are no other dead kitties inside of her, if she doesn't rid herself of them it could kill her. Good luck, I really hope the rest are healthy and born full term!

You need to take this cat to the veterinarian ASAP. It's obvious that there is something wrong, and the cat should have a follow-up to see if anything else may cause more problems.

Get her to a reputable vet ASAP and have an ultrasound done, sounds like your Mama kitty is in for a C-Section when it's time.
