I completely experience your soreness! I nursed my now 20 month old until eventually she replaced into 11 months and Im so satisfied that I stuck with it. the first couple months i'd cry because of soreness...I had blisters, cracking, and bouts of mastitis also. She ultimately became a nursing professional...it basically took a at the same time as! I did use a nipple guard on one area at the same time as the soreness replaced into too undesirable which appeared to help some. I wouldnt recommend supplementing because your grant will save taking position. have you ever seen pumping and then giving it to him in a bottle? i tried this in spite of the undeniable fact that that's so worth pushing by the soreness to earnings from the bonding later on. Plus that's the healthiest issue that you'll provide him by ability of a procedures! i'm now nursing my 9 day old and performance some cracking yet so a procedures it is going a lot more beneficial useful then my first. i guess each infant is diverse. you may do it!! sturdy success and congrats!

ummm, maybe its your period, ;]
if not, what kind of food do you eat and what excersizes do you do? that always matters, if you don't watch your diet, get started on watching it.. and don't after 7 p.m. or night hours..
if it continues, i higly recommend you see a doctor.
hope its nothing bad..
peace.
