Go to a flight school in the UK. A good one would be Oxford Aviation School in Oxford. Get your PPL and work your way up from there. If you dont want to spend a lot of £££ for your training you should join the RAF or the Royal Navy.
Very good luck to you!

U have to be 18 years old when u start. U can enroll at a flight training school, who will train u to answer the theory papers, which will be followed by practical training. They also help u with your medicals, which is very essential.

I am not sure how your nationality is important. 20/20 corrected eyesight, time, interest, and money will get you to where you need.
Go for it!
