No, Linda reminds me of a middle aged redneck... probably b/c I know so many. Also b/c of that "Gimme Three Steps" song, he says Linda Lou...

No I wouldn't, but that doesn't mean you should not. If you like it then use it. I have a sister by the name of Linda Ann. But our younger sister wants another baby and wants a girl and she wants to name the baby girl, KayeAnne Gayle, which is after myself, our sister Linda and another sister who was killed in an automobile accident. She is using all of our middle names. I also like the name Linda SueEllen, it is sort of old fashioned, but I like it anyway.

Yes I would. Only because my mother's name is Linda, and my mother in law's middle name was Louise. I'm very big on naming my children after someone in the family. I have 6 boys, and all of them are named after some sort of grandfather, the one who is not...is named after my sister,(her name is christy, his name is christopher). For another name with Linda. I would personally say, Joan. (Jo ann but with only one 'n') But that's just me. Whatever you name her, its going to be a great name.

I personally would not, but I'm sure you wouldn't like my kids names. It's all a personal thing. I used to get mad at people when they asked me "Why did you name your kids that?" It's not their kid. If you really like the name, go for it.
