some good hair masque or mayonnaise(the kraft mayo is pretty good for it)
some great hair masques are:
Beyond the zone hair masque: it smells sooooooooo good and it really helps your hair if it feels like straw and adds lots of softness and body:) once u try it you get hooked on this brand!
they sell it at sally beauty supply for about $8 but a little goes a LONGGGGG way if you use it correctly.

Another really good one is by Neutrogena
called Triple Moisture Deep Recovery hair masque
It really quenches and softens as well as the Beyond the zone hair masque, but this one gives quicker results.

its about $5 or so, i reccomend both for great silkiness and softness, you just get addicted to "hair masquing" (hehe!)

Try Burt's Bees Avocado Butter hair treatment. Avocado oil makes your super soft and really quick.
