Illegal immigrants can become legal by changing and reforming the Laws.
Right?
So.........
Lawyers have to start working and updating laws.

For example: Derogate the Cuban adjust! Cuban Immigration is illegal. How do balseros fool the Coast guard?
How do braceros fool La Migra?

Entienden lo que digo? Sorry for my misspelled and grammar mistakes, English is not my first language.

The govt is to blame. They choose to not enforce the existing laws. It's a dangerous precedent they are establishing. That is the selective enforcement of the law.

Either we are a land bound by the rule of law or we are not. You cannot pick and choose what law to follow. If given that choice, I choose to no longer pay income taxes.

The problem could go away almost overnight. They need to make it a felony to hire an illegal alien. Hold the employers liable and aggressively enforce this law. It would not be long at all before they would all go back to Mexico.

all r to blame.
-the illegals for disobeying the laws, but inder the circumstances i cant blame them if they're willing to assimilate.
--the gvmt. cuz they dont want big cooperations to get on their @sses about how their profit will b cut if they actually had to pay decent wages to Citizens of the USA. Gvmt actually promotes immigration illegal & otherwise in some form or another.
-the US people are also to blame because they employ these ppl for yardwork, childcare, cooks, construction and so on. Why? cuz an illegal will charge 1/2 of what a contractor will on any given day. the ppl of the US like shopping at Walmart, McDonalds who employ these ppl and so on & why- again who doesnt like cheaper prices.

see everyone is quick to blame the other but no one wants to REALLY know whats going on behind the scenes! everyone is contributing in this illegal triangle! its just a never ending story....

The United States government is to blame. Illegal aliens are the pawns. American citizens are the victims.

If you legalize murder, then it's alright?

I think Americans have more sympathy for Cubans, a small island with little resources and an oppressive leader (is he dead yet?) While Mexico is a resource rich country, that does nothing to help it's people.

The illegals cannot change the fact that they broke the current laws. They should have just obeyed the laws in the first place. Everyone needs to understand the fact that there is limited space here and limited everything else. We have to basically take care of the people here and can't just let everyone come in as they please. There has to be limits, unfortunately, it is the wait time that everyone has a problem with and the paperwork aspect. But procedures have to be followed to document EVERYONE, not just immigrants. They seem to have a problem with getting ID's and whatever because their country did not require it. Everyone is required to have IDs here whether you are a citizen or not. Everyone has to do things that are inconvenient, not just immigrants.

Globalization is the reason. If goods, services, capital, information move around the world so must labor.
