how do i get them to notice me?

Act like a gentleman, pay attention to her, and don't show off. Not only will "she" notice but so will everyone else. Gentlemen are all to rare but always appreciated.

Go do something that you really like that is also attended by girls. If you're school age, join clubs and do activities that you actually enjoy. If you meet girls in activities, you already have one thing in common with them... you both like the same thing. Make casual conversation about your shared interest. You won't put yourself at risk too much this way. If you hit it off, great. Ask her to do something non-threatening like have a cup of coffee .If not, at least you did something you enjoy anyway.

Just be yourself, use your best assets, if you have a great sense of humor crack some jokes (don't be overly silly) Girls do like a guy who can make them laugh though!
Make sure you present yourself well, clean, tidy, have your own style, etc.
Don't 'act' interested, be sincerely interested. Ask her questions, make eye contact. It will all come easily when you meet someone right.

I can tell you what not to do. do not go out and be spontaneous if it's not who you are. As a matter of fact, don't do anything that isn't you. Be yourself, and most of all be confidence. Nothing attracts more attention in a crowded room than a person who is confident of them self.

If you want people to notice you. Buy a vedio on hip-hop danceing and learn some moves. GIRLS LOVE A GUY WHO DANCES!

do something bold...umm just dnt do anything taht isnt totally you or else the girl will expect sum10 else...umm just talking to the girl...be llike excuse me but i couldnt help but noticing u and i had to talk to u....have u ever watched the notebook...watch it and get sum ideas taht way also
