I am 22 weight 105lbs. I'm 5'2 . I started to work out 6 days a week i'm doing about 200 to 250 cruches leg raises bicycle twist ect, I've cut down carbs out of my diet and intaking sugars only in fruit. How long will it aproximataly take for me to get a flat and tight stomach?

That all depends on genetics and if you do the exercises correctly of course. Exercises that work your "core", like pilates, help in toning your stomach. What also helps is cardio to shed any extra weight. Without the cardio, you will have defined ab muscles but they won't show up under layers of fat. The combination of both should help you obtain a flat and tight stomach. How often you should do these exercises depends on your comfort level as well. Finally, remember that when doing these exercises its quality over quantity. 10 great sit-ups are far more effective than 100 not-so-great crunches.

i really believe your fine as it is because that is a really good weight for a person of your height
if u really wanna make a difference jus do crunches and side crunches cuttin carbs won't help it will make you lose weight and you'll look anorexic
