I am exactly the same way, trust me your not acting like a boy. You just wanna be comfortable. Im not a girly, im not with the whole holding hands and walking arm and arm down the street every five seconds, just be your natural self and explain to him what your not into, if he respects you for your honesty and excepts you for the way you are then stick with him but if he doesnt then you have to find somebody who excepts you for who you really are, you should not have to change for anyone.

I would guess your just a woman who wants to have her own identy & be independant which alot of women these days are. I for one am a guy who wants a woman to be whoever or whatever she wants & I focus more on building & being friends then "bf/gf" does that mean I dont love sex especially spontaniously of course not I love it but I dont want it to be all the relationship is & while it can be hard to let a woman have her independence or space I have no problem doing but I can't read minds though it just want to know whats going on so that we can be like a team friends or more but a team & sometimes when she needs to sort something out on her own then I can respect that but sending mix signals like that you want to hangout yet disappearing or choosing people that even you admit doent seem to make you any more happy it's hard to understand that. If you are unhappy & remember good times with me & call me a great friend yet choose other people who dont or no longer make you happy over me doesnt make a lot of sense or make me feel like you really want to be friends. There's nothing wrong with a woman having her identity but there has to be give & take & most of all communication or that's where things go wrong.....& a woman will likely start to feel smuthered or held back even when that's not what the guy wants...

You're just being insecure and you feel that if you're changing and that's frightening you...
Heres the deal... You just wanna be one of the guys but your boyfriend was your friend before that, right?
When you were just his friend he also took you as only one of the guys now that you're in a relationship he thinks of you as his girl and a woman he loves... He changed his outlook about you and I guess you should too...
You just feel a little strange but if you accept it im pretty sure you'll become the woman you least expected...
You're also just a little boyish there's nothing wrong with that but you're still a girl at heart...

Well, I don't imagine he wants to be dating a guy!!!!
You would think it strange for a serial killer to expect you to accept him just like he was while he kept on killing, wouldn't you?
In the same sense, if a guy is going with a girl, chances are!, that he dates you because your NOT a guy.
How would you feel if he started expecting you to treat him like a girl or sissy? I know you like being a tomboy, but I myself, personally prefer a lady who acts like a lady, not like a MAN!
If I wanted a man, dontcha think I'd go date one?

i mean if you like him enough to want to keep him around tell him that you love how you guys are now and you dont want anything to change. but just because he's become you boyfriend doesnt mean he should treat any different.

i know how you feel. I think what the problem is, is that you aren't ready for that kinda commitment. He would probably be a great guy for you, in a little while, when you are more mature, and ready for it. :)
