Think about living, loving, and doing what brings you joy. Appreciate life and everything it has to offer, just start with one thing you are thankful for and you will start to realize that you do indeed have more than enough energy to live and thrive. You have a lot to offer and I imagine many gifts to put to use in your life.
I wish you the best of luck, take care of yourself, and keep living life to its fullest :)

So you are on the verge of suicidal. Like me at times you want to die, but you don't want kill yourself. You would prefer if somebody did it for you, like get in a car accident or be in the crossfire of a gang war or just have an stroke.

Well, in that case you need to talk to a mental health professional. If you have a regular counselor make talk about this at your next appointment. If you don't I'd highly suggest you find one. If you have insurance you should be able to find one "in network." If not some counselors have sliding scale fees based on your income level.

It might also help to be involved in an online community with people who deal with the same issues you have. I'm a member of Depression Tribe. It's like MySpace, but specifically for people with depression, bipolar depression, and other mental illnesses.

Most of us get tired or burnt out sometimes, take some timeout for yourself. You know you only need to live one day at a time, anyone can do something for 24hrs that they would hate to have to do for a lifetime.

You are probably clinically depressed...meaning it is a chemical imbalance that can be helped with medication and counseling.

I was told once the only way to be through with a problem was to work through the problem. It is a strength to ask someone to help you work through it.

If you are having negative thoughts or just can't control your thoughts, you probably need to see a Doctor. Chemical imbalance is nothing to be embarrassed about just like sugar imbalance (diabetes) is nothing to be ashamed about. Get some help.

I think it's called lack of motivation, or maybe just laziness. I suggest you do something simple, yet sweet, and relaxing. How about biking downtown, get yourself a huge ice cream sundae, and just let life settles in. Try to think about what you have instead of what you don't, it makes life much much much easier. Kudos.

Pray! God can give you the strength you need in times of weakness. Read the Bible because it can bring you words of encouragement and comfort. "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13
