Is PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE a scam or is for real??

I receive on the mail and envelope with all the information, I want to send it but I don’t know if it is just a big marketing strategy...What do you recommend?

scam,they are into selling magazines as many as possible

I play all the time for years ive never won anything and i watch to see winner on tv and they never show it
