I have heard that a pregnant women should not eat tuna anymore than 3 times a week because of the Mercury in the fish.

I know you didn't say you were pregnant but if eating it more often than 3 times a week for someone pregnant, I don't think it would be health eating it everyday.

You could replace the some of the tuna with boiled chicken and lean beef and a little pork (the leaner part of the pork), and maybe a little ready cooked ham.

You need some veggies, fruit, whole wheat and milk products too.

Good luck and do what is healthy.

Do it the healthy way hun. Just eat Little Calories, small portions 6 times a day and exercise like 3 or 4 times a weeks 45 mins a day. You might loose weight slower then she did, like 2-3 pounds a week but it's going to be the healthy way and the normal way.

I agree that may help you lose weight but in the long run isn't going to be good for you. 45 lb.s in 2.5 months isn't that healthy for you if you're doing it in such a irrational way. Better to stick with a nutritious diet, (5) 15 minute exercises, and a 30-45 minute cardio workout once a week

You need a healthier diet than that. You need more fruits and veggies to stay healthy.

sounds disgusting. cut your caloric intake in half and workout..you will lose weight. she probably lost weight because her foods were limited just like atkins. keep a weightloss journal this helps.
