It really does sound like the flu. One year I had the flu horribly bad and it felt like I had been hit by a truck or something. I remember eating lots of crushed ice. It was the only thing that sounded good.
You may want to try a sport drink to keep yourself hydrated.
Don't get antibiotics though, as antibiotics don't help viruses. Just get as much bed rest as possible.
good luck

Hang in there.......Of course, advise is cheap and most often not appropriate based on the little info that can be given here.
It can be so stressful, I'm sure.
Unfortunately, it is the most common and non-specific way of saying that something is wrong here. This can raise problems if a health care provider is trying to help ( and You should get their help ) If you have a fever, this is particularly significant. This is likely not the forum to get help for Your pain. It is ,however important to communicate it and share Your frustration.
See Your health care provider at the earliest opportunity.
Ask lots of questions. If You don't get an early cause/diagnosis, ask to see a Pain Specialist..There are some disorders that are very difficult to diagnose and, quite frankly, some practitioners are more sensitive to pain issues than others.

you haven't given enough information for anyone to diagnose you with any reliability.
your sex, age, medical history, meds, allergies, any other signs or symptoms, what were the events leading up to this episode, how long this has been going on, has it gotten worse/better, dose anything make it worse/better. is this chronic, acute, is this a new onset or has it happend before?
go see a physician,
you could be dehydrated, pregnant or have a serious illness like meningitius, or even a more serious disease process going on...
seek a face to face with a physcian & get the tests he/she prescribes done, so you can get feeling better for yourself & your loved ones, especially the ones who depend on you
goodluck

Sounds like you are starting to get the flu. Drink liquids. Take ibuprofen or naproxen for your body aches and get some rest.

Sounds like possibly a flu like virus? If it last only a few days then it is probably a virus, otherwise you should see your doctor.
