To do a one night stand, both the girl and the boy would have agreed to have sex with each other. There would be no commitment on the part of each person. So, if you want to have sex, just for the fun of it.....go for it.
Basically, a one night stand is just to have sex with each other, as both people involved wants it, and would enjoy it.
Yes, I would have a one night stand, only if both of us wanted it bad enough. It would be more relaxing to do it, because you know that when it is over, you both will go your own separate ways, which is what it should be, for a one night stand.
