a. They are lyrical passages.
b. They are written in rhymed Arabic verse.
c. They emphasize the mercy of Allah.
d. They emphasize the richness of life of earth.
This is for a self-test I'm taking for English. I read all the suras I was supposed to read, but I think this question is kinda hard because some of the choices are pretty vague. I want to get this figured out because it might be on the actual test!
I'm pretty sure they would be considered "lyrical". I know they were written in Arabic, but did they rhyme? I'm not sure. They kinda 'emphasize the mercy' of a "He", and I'm guessing that's Allah? I'm not really sure about the fourth one because it's pretty vague. Plus only 2 suras are in my English book so it's hard to tell just by reading two! Any thoughts would be helpful! THANKS!

I'm sure you guys figured out I meant "life ON earth" for the last one...not "OF earth"
I'm leaning towards "d" though. Because they kinda emphasize more about heaven than earth from what i've read?? I think??
