The ports are, St. George Grenada, Barbados, St. Lucia, Dominica and St. Kitts. I have my advanced PADI card and have been diving recently. If anyone has gone diving on these islands I would love some advice!

Dominica was rated as the 2nd best scuba diving/snorkelling destination in the entire atlantic by Reader's Choice magazine 2007.The island has also been branded as the whale watching capital of the Caribbean so when in Dominica you can practically kill 2 birds with 1 stone depending on which diving agency u get hooked up with. The amount of time you have spending on each island maybe be an issue when it comes to how much diving you can do in addition to whale watching. Therefore on islands like Dominica it is wise to make your bookings in advance with your scubadiving/snorkeling agency u choose so that little or no time is wasted...i will give u further details through links of where u could contact such agencies.....

My ex went diving in Barbardos, he was very chicken about diving so it was not much of an experience for him. I know a lot of people who have been diving in Caymans and I think maybe it might be the best.

You are going to love those islands. I used to go to Barbados all the time. Go to St. Lawrence Gap the Bresmay Hotel beach bar (about 12 miles from Bridgetown) - little place but fun - there used to be a place named Boomers not sure if it is still there but also there is a place called David's; we knew him well and a fellow named Charles Pilgrim who used to own all the watersports at the Bresmay. Get off the beaten path; the people are the nicest I have met anywhere I traveled.
