First thing you want to do to ensure that your hair grows at a optimum rate is to have a proper diet; here's how:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. This is important because your body is 70% made out of water! :D

2. Eat your protein! Your hair is made out of protein; 2-3 servings of that would be enough.

3. Eat 9-11 servings of complex carbohydrates a day, so your body can have all the energy it needs.

4. Eat 2-4 servings of fruits, and 3-5 servings of vegatables a day, a serving can be 1/2 cup of vegtables or fruits.

5. Get 3 servings of dairy products.

6. And take a normal multivitamin a day, for the vitamins and minerals.

Now that you know what to do about your diet I'm going to give you tips on how to treat your hair:

1. Keep your scalp clean from clogs and dirt; but don't totally strip your hair of it's essential oils.

2. Massage your scalp; because your blood carries *oxygen* and *nutrient* all over your body, you want to make sure that the circulation in you scalp is good so that you know that your scalp is getting what it needs.

Once you start making new hair and your hair gets longer, protect it from environmental things that can cause it to get damaged and break.
3. Make sure you brush as little as needed, and that you choose a soft bristle brush and brush carefully.

4. If you must have any chemical treatments choose something that's natural, or don't do it at all.

5. Get your ends trim about every 6-8 weeks--if not sooner.

6. And don't overheat your hair.

You DON'T need any "special" vitamins that has the same effect as normal vitamins but just cost more; unless your praticing being a complete vegan, you don't need to worry about taking natural vitamins over synthetic ones either.

And as your doing following my steps why don't you use this too; if your just about wanting to try anything and what-not:

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aLVOn Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

im trying to do the same thing. and its best if you try not to tie it up to much. as this can cause split ends and damage, which then keeps it shorter. and regular trim (every six weeks) keeps the split ends at bay and encourages hair to grow. also give it a nourishing treatment once a week. and one more thing lol...brush it thoroughly twice a day as this produces natural oil from the scalp and helps it stay healthy. :) good luck

Take pre-natal vitamins everyday. When you take them drink a big glass of orange juice too. Vitamin C is an absorbic acid and will make your body absorb the nutrients faster and drink lots of water and milk too. It's not easy but its the quickest way to get your hair to grow.

Hair tends to grow faster in places that are warmer, so you could go to a tropical place for a week or two. Also some shampoos and conditioners can help hair grow healthier. I'd ask your hair stylist for more information.

I Really Hope That This Helps!
Good Luck!

#1) Don't cut your hair, just get it trimmed regularly, about every 8-10 weeks to keep it in shape and keep dry, split ends at bay
#2) Hair is 'dead' tissue, so keeping it healthy involves not using chemicals on it and minimizing the amount of heat involved in styling
#3) Don't cut it...oh, I already said that, but it's true. To grow your hair out, just don't cut it.

did you know that if you just Trim your hairs and get rid of split ends then your hair will grow faster, and if you want it healthy you should wash your hair every other day with shampoo and conditioner...but only every other day because you need to allow your hair to get oil to it so it doesnt become dry.
hope i helped, Best of Wishes...:P
