chest x ray?

My husband just got a TB test done and is having a reaction, we know he doesn't have it because we have all been tested within the last month, but I know that he's going to need a chest x ray to comfirm it, and was wondering how much something like that cost without insurance. Dose anyone have an idea?

If he tests positive, the health department should do it for free?...sometimes they say you have to pay $75 if you don't take the medicine they want you to take tho...
