He is beyond our intellectual comprehension. No matter how many of us put our brains together, His personality can not be fathomed.
Yet a simple and naive person can know Him, that is His power.
If we agree that we are ignorant about God, we would have taken the first step towards Him.
If we agree that we do not have intellectual capacity to know Him by our mind, even after reading all the scriptures in the world, we would have taken the second step.
If we realise that only a saint can lead us to Him, we would have taken the third step.
Let us in all sincerity take these 3 steps, then only we will be entitled to know the answer to these questions.

God is whoever you believe he is. There are too many religions in the world to judge who he is with one opinion. The minds of the human race have suggested towards a one being that created the universe, but other religions have other ideas in mind. In fact, one religion believes that you are your own god, controlling your own fate. And they also believe that all the thoughts of good and evil come together and become reality, so if half the world thinks good, and the other half bad, we will have a balanced world. But if more people think bad, and less people think good, bad things will begin to happen more than good things will. This also works visa-versa.
Another religion believes in 7 seperate gods, each controlling different factors on earth and other planets in the universe. Each has its own element and certain percentages of control over different regions of earth. They believe this is why some parts of earth are hot, and other parts are cold. They also believe that the gods get angry and kill people on earth to control the population, or to seek revenge.
My point is, God is not something you can just throw into a category, you cant just label him/her/it as a certain thing, especially without proof.

All are God. Only we are not aware of the Truth. All work in all the world is the handy work of God only. In the first case, realisation has not dawn. In the second case God acts through all the myriads of bodies and the bodies are inert instruments in the hand of God. nagarajan.

God is man's bastardization of the creation in the universe. God's work is creation. The religious interpretation is man was made in the image of God yet can't see their own creation as Godly. Man has been duped to think he not capable of creating a heaven on this earth.
