.Ultram Medication is what helps me get a full nights rest waking up fresh and anew. Ultram Prescription is used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain. It also may be used to treat pain caused by surgery and chronic conditions such as cancer or joint pain. Ultram works by decreasing the brain's perception and response to pain. It also reduces the size or magnitude of the pain signal passed from one nerve to another. Ultram Prescription comes as a tablet to take it orally. It usually is taken every 4-6 hours as needed. It may be taken with or without food. I buy Ultram Medication online with NO Prescription at UltramMedication.Net. FAST overnight FedEx delivery on all Ultram Medication orders. I hope this Ultram information helps your problem dear.

First thing you need to think about, is it because of a certain activity that you have been doing or did to you strain it somehow?
I would really look into what you do on a regular basis, are you at a healthy weight? Do you exercise? Are you flexable? Ice & heat or always soothing & I suggest you rotate 10-20 minutes each, along with an anti-inflamatory; Advil or Motrin...Generic is cheaper for the same effect!
If it is an ongoing annoying pain you may need to seek some medical attention but first try to slowly & easily stretch all your limbs as this may help your back "pop" or realign itself. Lay on your back with your feet & legs elevated may help too.
Be sure you lift properly & not do too much activity while you hurt. Soak in a warm bath or hot tub will really help as well. I am a firm believer that if it last more than 1 week to 10days, call an advise nurse or go to a doc to get looked at, possibly an xray/MRI to rule out anything serious. Knumbing in your legs or pins & needles are always signs of nerve injury to pay attention to your body! Always seek the advise of a pharmacist or doctor if you take any meds before adding any other medications.
I personally love my big medical ball for sitting & laying over to roll & stretch on. It really helps the spine & back. It is also great to use at a desk or while on the computer! Look for a medical supply store they have the best size & selection & they will fit you...it is spefic!

If it's a muscle, you could try massaging it or soaking in the tub, or a hot pad. You could make one yourself with a hot washrag in a ziploc baggie, or buy some over the counter in the first aid section. They last for up to 8 hours, they work wonderfully!
If, however, it's not a muscle you will want to go see a doctor and get a referral to a chiropractor. Don't try popping your back yourself, it can make the problem worse!

Have you ever thought about going to see a doctor. Call me crazy but I think someone who is trained in the area of medicine would be more inclined to diagnose your problem than some stranger on the internet who may do you more harm than good.

You can try popping your back. What I do is I lay down on the ground on my back. I then move to my side and bend one leg over the other so you almost look like an h. I then take my arm and twist my back. It usually pops my back which helps me. I hope I helped!

Don't pop your back yourself. Go to a chiropractor. Without knowing anymore of your history I can't really give you advice about what to do about it.
