Not if you buy the fat-free variety. They carry them right next to the regular kind at the grocery store.

depends on the brand. I think they are a little bit fattening, but "good" fat. Look for fig nutens with bran (healthier, but maybe not as tasty)

fattening is not really an appropriate term...calories is.
you have to count calories. what you eat is up to you.
you should be eating healthy if you want to be healthy but...its really up to you.
besides - fat free one has just a few calories less than the regular one.

yup which makes me wonder why eat one and waste the calories when you could eat something more delicious?
