im not very experience but all the time i hae sex i never experienced an orgasm..... how do u get one if that guy aint giving me one???

you wount have it right away. first you neen to be witha guy at least a cople of times, so you could get comfortable with each other, he will learns new things about you, and you will learn things about him, which will improve your sex life. but first of all, you have to know what you like, to gide him. no one knows you better, then you. Also if you just started to have sex resently, like a year or so, it is rere that you will have orgasm right away, espesialy from intercourse. experiment with yourself first, and learn about yourself. also try to think about some of your fantasies, while having sex, because orgasm is about phisical and mental relaxation. good luck.

Many girls don't have orgasms from intercourse alone. Most girls orgasm from foreplay, oral sex, and mastubation. If you want to try to climax during an intercourse, foreplay, oral sex, or making out before having sex should help.
However, I have read some where that most women experience their first orgasm in their 40s, and some never experience orgasm at all.
Often problems with orgasms have something to do with expectation, control, fears, or the inability to let go and be comfortable with your partner, which makes it hard to allow sexual feelings or even be aware of them.
For an orgasm to be successful, you have to be mentally in tune and "sexually mature".

Orgasms as you may already know are a sensation you get when the vaginal walls have been stimulated for so long. What helps? Stimulate your clitoris for a while before sex, or better yet, get him to do it. If that still ain't working..... find someone that will give you an orgasm.

You need to have one on your own before you orgasm with someone else. Definitely try getting a vibrator or just experiment. It will be come easier sooner or later - practice makes perfect!

some women never have orgazm. this is just how they re built down there. some women don't have it cos they can't get relaxed enough. maybe u re too young and unexperienced yet, ´maybe later u will have it. some women have it after giving birth to the first child

teach him how to touch you. Tell him how you like it, tell him when hes doing something good, and be silent when he sucks. lol. It sounds dumb, but it works. Watch porn together, that might improve both of your guys' skill level
