If you just started, then the soreness is normal. Learn to recognize what is a good pain and what is a bad pain. If it is a good pain like simple muscle soreness, then it should go away (either that or you'll get used to it) in a week or 2 because you are young. This soreness is normal for those who begin working out.

If that is the case, then rest as much as possible, eat 6 times a day, take protein shakes, etc. so that your muscles can repair themselves. It's pointless to exercise without eating and resting.

If there is a bad pain, then see a doctor and take a break for a while.

If you can find the motivation in yourself to work through the soreness, you'll become stronger and faster than those who choose to quit.

You should be doing track every other day rather than every day. you are meant to give your muscles a rest to recover and repair themselves.

If you can't drop track to every other day, or even if you can, make sure you stretch for about 15 mins afterwards. It may also help to have a bath with dencorub or some muscle soothing soap/bath oil to help loosen and relax your muscles.

Also, since you said you have just started, you are probably using muscles that aren't used to being worked so hard, or at all. You should stop being in so much pain within a week or two as your muscles get used to the exercising you are doing. You might still have sore muscles but it wont be the same pain as you have now.

Take some ibuprophin for the pain now. If you can't take it before track (since some schools won't let you have medicine at school), take it when you get home. If you're really sore it may take a week or so for you to get comfortable again - but you will. Just keep persevering. Once you get past this hump of using those muscles, as long as you keep up some type of exercise on a regular basis, you won't get that sore again.

take ibuprophin and soak in hot water in your bathtub for a while. you're just out of shape so your body will get used to it after another week or so. the more you move when you're sore, the better. also, stretching more will help your muscles feel better. also, ask your mom to massage your legs for a little while to help it.
