sorry, but the sales on clothes are: in January, May and September because there is the end-season and all have to be sold (i can say that???)

Nope, winter sales are over and summer sales will start by early July (around July 5-7th).
It's possible that you can find a few shops that are planning to renew their locals and then are putting their goods for sale with discounted price but the official time for sales is already over. Also I think yours 'during Easter' is the Easter period and not the Easter's Sunday since really a few shops will be open in that specific day.

No at all sales on clothes in italy are on in august end the summer season and in january.
