i like this guy right. but he likes another girl. but he doesn't know I like him but we are real best friends. so how do I tell him if he asked the other girl out, but she said no?

Anyways you should tell him.
"_________(whatever his name is) I like you and i know you like _____(her name) but i just had to get it out" from there you continue it don't mention the other girl much be nice and accommodate to his personality of how he is and since you guys are best friends you should understand
Oh tell him you don't want this to ruin your relationship if he is type to get it ruined cuz of this then maybe be more subtly.
