Alright... for one, if you are 85 pounds at 5'7", you are definitely not fat. You might even be underweight. What you need to do is learn to love yourself and your body the way it is. Alot of people feel the way you do, whether they are actually overweight or not. Even some overweight people are happy about themselves, though. One thing that helps you feel good about yourself is exercise. It gives you alot more confidence and keeps you from feeling lazy. Try even 15 minutes each day of either fast walking, cycling, swimming, running.. etc. It really works. Also try pampering yourself with body cream, or wear nice-smelling perfume.
And do eat a variety of vegetables.
Also, if you really do have a problem with anorexia, you should get some help from a doctor first. There's still hope for you, don't worry.

Thats really scary... I used to think that I wanted to be that thin but then I realized no that is too thin... your bmi is at 13.3 which is severely underweight... you are killing yourself whether you want to die or not. You need to be in a hospital to refeed your body. You may not want to hear that right now but its true. By no means am I happy with the way that I look and I struggle with bulimia... but I know that if you dont get help fast you are going to die. What you are doing is shrinking all of your internal organs and eventually they will quit working and you will have heart failure or a heart attack. Please Please get yourself some help. OK, why hasn't ANYONE got you help prior now? Yes, of course, you have a problem! And the problem is an emotional disorder. You not only need to seek a doctor, but you are in desperate need of counseling. Don't wait......go tomorrow, first thing in the morning. This disease is serious and your heart , kidneys and every body organ is going to start shutting down. If you don't think of yourself, think of your parents that love you and your other family members. DON'T BE SELFISH!!!! They are suffering too watching you die!

Go talk to your doctor. You are not fat but have a bad image of your body. At 5'7" you should weigh somewhere around 130 to 160 pounds! Really hon, go talk to someone today!!!

You are underweight and it sounds like you have an eating and body image disorder. At my height of 5'5" my ideal weight runs around 125. You really should seek medical intervention as soon as possible.
