If I understand the question is about a lady boss spanking an employee. If it happened would you still work for her.
I have spanked a small number of my employees, male and female. They have actually requested that over other disciplinary action, at least one knows I spank my boyfriends so I guess they thought I would be prepared to spank them. I was angry in all cases and spanked them until tears came.
It is odd that in all cases the respients were Eastern European though I have also spanked occassionally for poor service on my travels, again on a consent basis.
The people I spanked all continued to work for me (or at the hotels serve me) and accepted their punishment. Therefore I think it is OK but consent to that form of punishment, rather than a potentially more severe one like a sacking, is essential. No consent than no way is a spanking acceptable.

i used to offer my employees a choice when they would screw up at work... spanking or get fired.
