The theory going around my school is that he's being paid off by the Bush administration- it's just too convienient that a prisoner at this extremely controversial prison suddenly admits to just about every nasty crime against Americans that the public knows about. It also happens to pull attention from Bush right as he was going to be put in the hot seat.
If he was for real, he would have had crimes we didn't hear about from every media outlet since 9-11-01.

First of all, we didn't need a confession to know that he did plan and execute the 9/11 attacks. There is way too much evidence and just knowing his status as third from the top makes him an accomplice if not completely responsible.
His confession is just a formality within our system. He is proud of what he did with the exception of the children. (Which I don't believe he is all that sorry for)
As for all this stupid propaganda that its all a political ploy that we have an enemy of the state, I say shame on you!!! Everyone of these individuals that thinks Pres. Bush decided to make all this up so that he would "look" better is foolish to say so.
If this was any other country Saddam would have been shot in the hole he was found in and all those prisoners at Guantanamo would have been tortured not for answers but for revenge. The Romans, the Greeks, heck even the Persians and Saracens did to their enemies what would be considered "inhumane" or "uncivilized". Just because we have certain rights that living under a constitution affords us doesn't give those same rights to our enemy. Our enemy has NOT agreed to our constitution and in fact attacks it thus giving them NO PROTECTION under that constitution.
If we as citizens do not protect our constitution against such attacks we will no longer enjoy the benefits it gives us. That will be a sad day when our enemies can attack without fear of having their lives spent for nothing. We will fall as many nations before us did... ...from within.
Stand Unified. Protect our Constitution.

Personally, I don't know how comfortable I am about accepting the confession of someone who was tortured to get it. I am not saying that he did not do the things that is claimed but ...well, who knows for sure.

I still think that person does not exist and a picture of a very drunk adult entertainment star Ron Jeremy was used. After all, Ron Jeremy is the hardest working man in entertainment.
