Like Wells Fargo for example. How do they do it?

Yes, you can redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid. You should call your bank to find out the procedure differs from ordinary deposits. (I don't think it does, but I'm not positive.)

However, before redepositing a check, you should take steps to insure that the payer has sufficient funds in his account, otherwise the check is likely to be returned again resulting in an additional returned check fee charged to your account.

If the check was given to you and it bounced, you redeposit it the same way you did the initial deposit.

If you bounced a check, it can be redeposited until your account is drained from NSF fees or the check clears.

I'm not sure what you mean, a little more information would be helpful. If you mean running a check through the bank that you have already collected money from, then the answer is no, you cannot do it because it's value is used up.
