which program to open a torrent with file extension .bin?

First of all, you can't open a *.bin file with a torrent program.
You need a program that will extract that file !!
I recommend Power ISO, or Magic ISO Maker !!
OK ! If its a video, then go to http://www.videolan.org/ and download the VLC Media Player, you can play that video file in this program !! VLC Media Player not only plays *.bin files but each and every video file there is !!!!

.bin is a binary file and unless you know what program created it you won't be able to open it. I have not heard of a torrent download with that extension. usually they are .iso,.rar..zip.exe.avi and so on.

You can't open a .bin file with a torrent program. .bin files are Binary files.
