You said you visited many doctors...are these only medical physicians or have you seen a dentist? If you haven't seen a dentist, you really must do that soon. Healthy gums do not bleed. Period. So it sounds like you have periodontal disease (gum infection) and left untreated, that will lead to loss of your teeth. Do you brush at least twice a day? Do you floss at least once a day? Do you notice more bleeding after brushing or flossing? These are all important questions you need to discuss with your dentist.
There are a few medical things I can think of that might contribute to this. Are you taking any blood thinners (Coumadin for example, or even daily aspirin)? Do you notice that you bruise easily on other places on your body? If so, you may have a blood disorder that decreases your bodies ability to clot bood and/or have a disorder that can cause blood vessels to become "leaky", much more fragile than normal. One other thought is that you may be deficient in vitamins A and C, both are very important to good gum health.
Please check with a dentist right away. If you don't get an answer from them, get a second opinion. This needs to be taken care of. Good luck.

get some neydent or apagard toothpaste and get an ionic toothbrush. you might need some deep scaling too.
Neydent
NeyDent ® prevents caries and pain when the teeth are extremely sensitive. NeyDent ® also improves the blood flow, which strengthens the gums and builds up resistance against colds and infections.
APAGARD remineralizing toothpaste
• According to the Japan Corporate News Network, Japanese toothpaste manufacturer Sangi has developed a technology to control ultrafine particles. The company will start to distribute New-Apagard, a toothpaste based on the technology, in April 2004. Sangi claims the paste is highly effective in re-calcifying and whitening teeth.

ARSHAD,
BOTH ANSWERS FROM LADYSASH AND HEATHERS ARE RIGHT ON THE MONEY.
MY ONLY ADDITIONAL COMMENT IS THAT YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DENTAL SPECIALIST, A PERIODONTIST SO THAT THIS BLEEDING CAN BE BROUGHT UNDER CONTROL, OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TEETH. NOT PROBABLY -- ULTIMATELY.
IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME. GOOD LUCK.

arshad,,,,i assume you do not have a blood clotting problem....deficiency of niacin or vitamin c,,,,, or antibodies to heliobacter pyelorum ,try the theory that gum disease, bladder infection, stomach ulcers sometimes are caused/aggravated by foods, maybe a protein source rather than grain, veggie,or fruit.(i do hope you brush, floss,,& occasionally gettem scraped by the yankster),proneness to the above ailments lays in being all mucous membranes, and system reacts to food substance by preventing cellular cycling of vitamins.medical folks have a mindset that dismisses foods, and zeros in on heliobacter pyelorum as the culprit, rather than looking at a concept that they (the bacteria) become secondary/opportunistic rather than primary/causitive<,,,,,,,,,,getit?......you might also look for a wall plug-in nail polishing kit by clairol that could be found in a second hand shop.you use the rotary brush (a soft brush) to clean every area that you can reach,,,,,,,use maybe a paste of baking soda.& peroxide..the idea is to get the teeth real clean at the gumline.........as far as my believing that foods are a factor,,,possibilities are ,pork, lamb, chicken, fish, shellfish.beans,,,,,,try eliminating them one at a time.....eliminate one for 2 to 3 weeks,,,scratch it off the list & try another,,,,,,good luck with the choppers
