she was 15 and stopped for not having a license and she had marijuana and was under the influence of alcohol in Flint, Michigan. the police officer told her that if she gave him oral sex he would let her off and she did it. her other friend was in the car too as a witness. should she go to a lawyer about this or just straight to the police station

She was drunk and her friend was probably drunk as well, yeah great witness, huh? Not saying she's a bad person or anything, just that she's not a reliable source when she's drunk. That or this never happened at all. If this is a fabricated story that your friend came up with because the officer was "mean", it's not going to work. Police do an excellent job at protecting us and I think they deserve a little more respect than that. Your friend should accept she screwed up and face the penalties.

This is a "PERFECT" EXAMPLE of the Corruption and Immoral Society of Police Officers we have on the streets today!! You Haven't Talked to an Attorney yet!!!??? This jerk needs to have His Penis Removed oh man this just makes me SICK!!!!!!!!! What if it was His Child? Does the Father know yet? That would be "Justifiable Homicide"!!!
Go to a Lawyer FIRST!!

she needs to go to the police and report this immediately. I'm sure she would be able to ID the cop even if she doesn't remember his name and/or badge number. She can even mention that she had drugs and was drunk because that really isn't an excuse for RAPE (which is what occurred)...she will not be charged (and if anyone intimidates her with threats of charging her, go to their superiors and let them know).

Sounds like a good story to tell a friend... doubt this took place, even more convinced that it didn't when you stated she said a friend was there that witnessed this activity.

loosen up. They likely would not prosecute that if the cop were in the motorcar with them the finished time. No list, no quotation, at this aspect no individual (including the cop) even recollects it befell.

assuming it happened, ( and in front of another person, very doubtful even with a bad cop)
Without some evidence ( remember clinton) I doubt it will get much beleif.
