Well, that looks like somebody's recent work, done probably within the year or so... It's not framed or out of the stretcher yet...

We'd certainly have no clues as to who made that. Those things are pretty hard to trace. I know of a girl who did graffiti-style art, and since she's using a different signature, no one will ever know that it was she who made such and such a work.
