Wal-Mart in Other Countries?

Question

Is there Wal-Marts in Ireland, New Zealand, or Australia? If not, then what countries have them?

I don't know of any Wal-Mart Stores in Australia.

We dont have Wal-Mart in Australia, but Big-W has copied the concept of Wal-Mart and brought it to Australia. Big-W stores look like Wal-Mart, has similar signage and slogans. Big-W stores are much smaller though and dont have as many things as Wal-Mart.

no wal-mart (D'OH I love Wal Mart) but every American I know say Big W is almost the same, but they don't have food like the super Wal Mart's and are not 24hrs either.

no we do not have any Wal Mart but I think K-Mart and Big W are something similar.

nope, sorry, no wal-mart's in Aus or NZ. the equivelant in Aus would probably be K-mart, Big W or Target.

i have heard that within the next twelve months from certain parts of the retail world that a pilot walmart might be coming to sydney or one of the other major location within australia my guess is either sydney or the australian gold coast remind you this is only a rumour but i am connected to transportation of walmart freight and i keep hearing this on a regular basic this may be only a rumour or it might be fact but all i can add to this is keep watch for new of this within the next six months

We don't have Walmart in Australia that I know of.
