Drink 1/2 oz of distilled water from the supermaket for every pound of your body weight every day. build up to your total water volume over 7-10 days, and keep drinking water like that for a few weeks or monthes. As you lose bodyfat decrease your water intake by the applicable amount. After about a month of drinking the water, go to the health food store and buy a fiber supplement called whole husk psylium fiber and a 'cleansing' tea, and a parasite supplement as well. In the AM take the parasite pills, then 15 minutes later take about 1 tbsp of the fiber in a glass of water. let it sit for 3-4 minutes then gulp it down, then eat breakfast about 1/2 hour later. In the evening drink the tea before you go to bed. For more info, find the book 'Fit forLife' and read it. It deals with proper food combining. Also look at the site www.drnatura.com and read the article section and testimonials. It works VERY good! Good Luck!

I wouldn't be asking about the "fastest" way to lose weight but the "most effective" way to lose weight. Honestly, take it from me. I was your age and went through the same thing. I lost about 40 lbs in 2 months by starving myself and exercising about 3 hours everyday. The results don't last for long because within a year I ended up gaining it all back and more. To lose weight and keep it off for the long run, it is a lifestyle change that I am just starting to figure out now. If your interested, pick up Bob Greene's(Oprah's trainer) "The Best Life Diet" It's fantastic and the best diet plan I have been on.

I really believe in the principles behind the south beach diet. I also think that you should visit a dietitian, either at your school or dr's office. any exercise will help, walk around the block a few times everyday after school. I also learned that if I was hungry and craving something "bad" I would only eat half of it. So if I wanted a burger, I'd get it but throw away half of it after I ate a few bites. That way I was cutting the calories but getting the taste. after you lose a few noticeable pounds you will want to keep going because you will feel motivated. Good luck

hi, after 20 + yrs of reading and practising a high raw diet I feel that it is a very safe method of weight control ..I actually see it as more of a lifestyle than as a diet.. Fit For Life by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond is a great read that can jump start you into having outstanding tools to be in control of your health , diet and exercise routines.. at 45 I have experienced amazing strength, clarity and health while staying at the same weight that I was at 20..my 14 yr old has gone her entire life without shots, pills, cough syrup, antibiotics and dr appointments.. eating fruit up until lunch has to be one of the healthiest and most painless methods of shedding pounds quickly..having at least one large rainbow salad, no vinegar, has to be the second most powerful tool.. I tell everyone, try it for 2 weeks and then watch as the pounds fly off.. I hope that you do try it because I understand about needing quick results in order to keep the hope and motivation going until ones ideal weight is reached.. my thoughts and well wishes go out to you , warmly truegirl

My friend tried things like going on an all fruit and vegetable diet for 2 weeks. She lost like 20 pounds. If it were me i would want something to give me a head start in losing weight instead of just eating right and exercising, which you will have to do along the road anyway. You can't live off just fruit and vegetables. its just something to give you a head start in losing the weight.

some things you can do in the long run of eating right is:
steam vegetables or eat them raw
avoid breaded and fried vegetables, chicken, fish, and meats
avoid sausage, bacon, and fatty lunch meats
eat boiled or baked instead of fried potatoes
trim all visible fat from meats before cooking them
bake, roast, boil, or broil meats instead of frying them
substitute nonfat milk for whole or 2% milk
when making omelets use only one egg yolk
eat more chicken and fish and less beef
use low fat or fat free salad dressings
skim frostings from cakes; frosting has hydrogenated shortening which is 100% fat
when eating two crust pies, eat only the filling and one crust, throw away the remaining crust (basically chose btwn the top or the bottom crust not both)
That's all I have for ya hope it works!

Just watch what you are eating. make healthy choices and limit your portions. A portion is the size of your fist. Lots of veggies and fiber in the morn will keep you fuller longer. Do speed walking in the morning before class. it is better than running or jogging as it is easier on your joints and you can do it for longer. It starts your metabolism working earlier and gets your heart rate up to the fat burning rate. This will also make your energy level last longer through out the day.

it is really simple, try it for one day and see how you feel. You will feel great, the secret is healthy food choices and exercise. Dont skip meals just watch your portions. You can do it! Good luck and good health to you.

I will highly recommend to you the product that I am using. I lost 10 pound in just one week. But of course before I use the product I consult first to my doctor and he approved. I dont have any side effects using the product. This is the site where I buy the product. you can also ask the doctor of the site if this is ok to use by you.

At the beginning cut down all chocolate, potato chips, fried food, soft drinks with high sugar
The most effective exercise is running at least for 20min daily (no pause).
