It depends on where you carry your weight most females carry weight in there lower abdomen region. Also if you are trying to add good weight just increase your calories with "clean food" lean meats and complex carbs and many veggies. Try weight training to gain that weight and you should keep a small waist just stay away from fast food an drink plenty of water.

all depends on your genes, i am just about as skinny as you i ate ate and ate not gaining a pound, there was one time i took steriods which i hope you dont do very unhealthy and i gained twenty pounds in seven weeks, im 5.6 and for some reason i kept half the weight from roids and its been ten years

wear a belt really tight and stuff yourself with sticks of butter, twinkies, debie cakes, and zingers at midnight and lay in bed all day the next day. do this repetively for 2 additional nights. god speed

Might be tough, but you could try gaining lots of muscle in your legs, butt, arms..
