what fabric can conduct the least amount of electricity?
it has to be something that can be fit into a glove.

Most fabrics don't conduct electricity. Pretty much any synthetic or plant fiber will work fine. I'd stay away from leather.

The ideal way to construct something out of fabric that needs to have a high resistance would be to either line it with rubber, or ideally make it out of rubber and omit the cloth altogether. Rubber provides a very high electrical resistance and is flexible.

almost all fabric are bad conductors of heat and electricity. still, cotton is a good option as cotton tapes insulate very high voltage and also they dont melt at high temperature.

check a hardware store. I believe they do sell gloves that are insulated. Mostly used by electricans and power company folks or any folks who work with high voltage (high current)
