She is flirting. It is a cute gesture, but not to girly. She wants to let him know that she is there and is a good sport!

Men fall for this idea the women like them when it is not at all true. This extremely common mistake is because of ego, self-centeredness, stupidity, lack of understanding about women, vainity. A fool and his money are soon parted. Get real a woman who is a bar tender knows her clientele who fool around have a lot of diseases to transmit.

They're right. No one ever has a shot with the bartender unless you're some Dawson's Creak lookin guy. Normal guys don't bother cause' they know there's no chance.

It may mean that he didn't pay his tab. Or, it may mean that she accidently got pushed into him while simply walking by for no other reason than to get to the other side.
