Either the 'proof' part of the question indicates you're in the right category, or that was an accident, and you're truly confused - this goes to free-will / predestination - but the original question is concerning creation / evolution, in my view, given that your teeth have been un-naturally discolored, either it was an act of God, or Darwin really is everything my evolutionist friends say he is...

The answer, from my perspective is - creation, combo free-will / predestination, and you may want to post this baby on 'Oral Hygiene'. God bless, and happy brushing!

If you've still got the braces on, I imagine the only thing you could use would be the whitening toothpaste (Crest Whitestrips are out, since they can't go on over braces). It just takes nearly a full year to work!

Edit: Oops, I forgot my proof bit.

The only way I know the TP works is

a. My dentist told me it does

and b. I've seen it work on other people.

Hi there. The dentist has very effective bleaching techniques. Proof is with experience. This can be done effectively when your braces are removed. The braces prevent thorough cleaning. Have a great day. They can be whitened later.

It is awkward to do significant changes to your teeth while wearing braces. Wait until they come off, and then try things if you wish. I have avoided any sort of tooth whitening procedure -- there is a possibility that it might damage the tooth enamel, and cause cavities. Check with your dentist before trying any such procedure.

Having your teeth cleaned is more than getting them white. You surely know that since you have braces. Call your dentist and ask if it will whiten them. Don't wait, you will have more problems than yellow teeth.

After my braces came off, they polished them and gave me a whitening kit...which was a bleach gel that fit into my retainer(which was like invisilign fittings)...but I never used the bleach kit because the polish worked great!
I would totally recommend polishing.

baking soda also helps it is a mild abbrassive similar to what dentists use

im pretty sure the longer you have neglected your teeth the less likelyhood of success with any product.

Dear "smart1" , We are a family, feel free to ask any question about any subject. Why? Cause Religion and spirituality if approached from the harmony viewpoint relates to everything.

I believe a chemical imbalance may be responsible, I suggest you research "white teeth" on Google.

Re-enameling, but its alot of work just for that.... I had a dark spot on the side of one of my teeth, and i watched the dentist fix it ... he was already fixing some cavities, and well, it's a military dental place, so they do that sometimes...
