Try having one of his friends you know introduce you to him. You can even try asking him your self.

try to let him get the hint. don't b all ovr him but make sure that he knows u like him. if he's not sur he wont ask u. the very same thing happened 2 my friend 2day-she liked this guy and he didnt ask her out until he was absolutely sure that she liked him bac...so he may not no u like him or may-b he's just shy. in that case, u might b the 1 2 ask him out after all...

well i suggest that you get to know him then once you know alot bring up a subject and talk about that for a while then when the times right ask him if he wants to catch a movie or something
