I think it would be just before the kiss actually happens. It is because of instant pleasure from thinking about what is coming next. The mind tells the body to get ready for something that is going to be good for you, and the fluids start perculating throughout your body.
Then when the kiss happens, bang....you're excited. Sometimes, just looking at a beautiful girl, knowing that in a few seconds you will be kissing her, gets you turned on.

I miss the way she kissed me, its not so simple really it depends on the woman. I have had girlfriends in the past and the kiss didn't do much the last could just look at me and make me want her but when she would first start to kiss me it was mind blowing turned on really. I know it doesn't help but it was nice to reflect back anyways.
